Eckert Seamans Member Christopher Perkins Named Among 2025 Super Lawyers in Virginia

Christopher L. Perkins, Member-In-Charge of national law firm Eckert Seamans’ Richmond office, has been named to the 2025 Super Lawyers list in Virginia. Each year, no more than five percent of the lawyers in each state are selected as Super Lawyers.
Perkins focuses his practice on bankruptcy, creditor’s rights, business reorganizations, receiverships, workouts, and commercial litigation matters. He represents Chapter 11 debtors, lenders, and other secured creditors, creditors’ committees, trustees, receivers, lessors, and vendors on bankruptcy matters. Perkins’ commercial litigation experience includes the handling of cases involving the Uniform Commercial Code, lender liability, fraudulent conveyance and business torts, landlord-tenant disputes, construction and mechanic’s lien litigation, real estate litigation and commercial broker lien disputes, insurance coverage, and malpractice actions.
