Eckert Seamans Expands Boston Real Estate Practice with the Addition of Stuart Offner

Eckert Seamans is pleased to welcome Member Stuart A. Offner to the firm’s Boston office. A prominent and accomplished real estate attorney, Offner counsels owners and tenants in all manner of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including urban office towers, life science properties, suburban offices, multi-family residential properties, retail shopping centers, and hotel and resort properties.

Offner’s versatile practice includes counseling on acquisitions, sales, construction and permanent loan financing, and office, retail, and life science facilities for both landlords and tenants.  He handles real estate private equity financing, loan and lease restructurings, and also counsels clients in public finance and economic development projects.

Offner, who joins from Mintz Levin, earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law (1977) and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Columbia University (1974). He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New York and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Boston Bar Association, New York Bar Association, and the New York City Bar Association.
