National law firm Eckert Seamans has added Jacqueline A. Welch as a Commercial Litigation Member in the firm’s Boston office. She joins Eckert Seamans from Nystrom Beckman & Paris LLP.

Welch has over 25 years of complex commercial litigation experience, concentrating her practice on business and corporate litigation, corporate and government investigations, securities and financial services litigation, real estate disputes, professional negligence, and employment matters. Welch earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and an M.A. and B.A. from The University of Virginia.

“Jackie is an accomplished advocate and counsellor, and we are excited to welcome her as a member of our team,” said Peter Carr, Member-In-Charge of the Eckert Seamans Boston office. “Jackie’s track record, particularly in business litigation and internal investigations matters, makes her a valuable addition to our practice here in Boston and firmwide.”
