Eckert Seamans Continues Growth of Commercial Litigation Practice with Addition of Anthony D’Elia to Princeton Office

National law firm Eckert Seamans has welcomed Anthony P. D’Elia as an Associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group. He joins Eckert Seamans’ Princeton office from Norris McLaughlin, P.A.

D’Elia represents clients in various types of litigation, including commercial litigation, corporate and business disputes, shareholder disputes, and bankruptcy and creditors right matters. He has experience assisting with trial preparation, conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, and legal briefs, and appearing for oral arguments, settlement conferences, mediations, and arbitrations. D’Elia holds a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and a B.A. from Monmouth University.

Eckert Seamans has recently welcomed several additional attorneys to its Commercial Litigation practice, including Jill Hauff and Frederick Pierce in Boston, James Quinn and Mason Bailey in Philadelphia, and Megan Padgett in Pittsburgh.
