Overview

Mason Bailey focuses his practice in the area of commercial litigation. He counsels and defends clients in a variety of complex litigation matters, drawing on a background of representing businesses, construction companies, commercial transportation companies, and some of the nation’s largest retailers across various industries.

Mason has experience representing a diverse range of clients in construction, products liability, personal injury, transportation, insurance, and breach of contract matters. Mason also has experience in intellectual property disputes in the arts, entertainment, and sports industries, including recording agreement contracts, copyright infringement, and trademark infringement matters.

Mason handles his client’s legal disputes from pre-suit investigation through final resolution, having extensive experience with all phases of litigation including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, alternative dispute resolution, trial, and settlement. Mason prioritizes client communication and employs a litigation style focused on working with clients to find the most effective solutions that best suit each of their unique needs.

Prior to joining Eckert Seamans, Mason practiced in the Philadelphia office of a national law firm where he defended cases in both state and federal courts. While in law school, Mason garnered a wide array of experience with internships in the sports and entertainment industries as well as working with the Pennsylvania Innocence Project to help exonerate wrongly convicted felons across Pennsylvania.
