March 24, 2026

The Richmond office of national law firm Eckert Seamans will relocate to Riverfront Plaza this spring, marking a significant step in the firm’s continued growth and long-term commitment to the region. The office has been located in the Truist Center for the past ten years.

The firm has signed a five-year lease for nearly 7,900 square feet in one of the twin tower-complex’s buildings at 901-951 E. Byrd St. The move to Riverfront Plaza will provide the firm with modernized workspace, enhanced amenities, and expanded conference and collaboration areas designed to support both clients and attorneys.

“Our relocation to Riverfront Plaza reflects our continued investment in Richmond and the clients we serve throughout Virginia,” said Christopher Perkins, Member‑In‑Charge of the Richmond office. “The new space will allow us to collaborate more efficiently and better support our growing team, while staying at the center of the region’s business and legal community.”

The Eckert Seamans Richmond team’s new address at Riverfront Plaza will position the office in one of the city’s premier downtown business hubs, offering improved accessibility and proximity to key commercial, governmental, and judicial resources. The firm’s Richmond attorneys represent clients in a wide range of matters, including commercial litigation, bankruptcy and restructuring, corporate transactions, and product liability.
