Employment attorney: 3 principles can lessen pain of Zoom layoffs

Is there an effective way to conduct a mass layoff remotely?  Employment lawyer Walter Foster suggested three guiding principles: “Be respectful, be compassionate, and be prepared.” Foster added that means one-on-one Zoom sessions with affected employees, despite the time commitment.
