Eckert Seamans Continues Growth of Corporate Practice with Addition of Boston Member Courtney Harris

National law firm Eckert Seamans welcomes Courtney A. Harris as a Member in the firm’s Corporate practice group. He joins Eckert Seamans’ Boston office from Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP.

Harris advises on business and transactional matters for a wide range of clients with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, financings, recapitalizations, joint ventures, and other commercial transactions. He has experience representing entrepreneurs, startups, and investors in connection with the structuring and formation of new business ventures, private placements, capital raising transactions, agreements among founders, and employment and equity arrangements. Harris holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.A. in Government from Hamilton College.
