Overview

Margaret King focuses her practice on a broad range of labor and employment matters. She represents clients in all aspects of employment related litigation, including claims under federal, state and municipal anti-discrimination statutes.

Margaret earned her B.A. in Political Science, Women’s and Gender Studies, and French from Vanderbilt University in 2017. She returned home to the Philadelphia area after her southern hiatus for undergraduate, and graduated cum laude, earning her J.D. and Certificate in Trial Advocacy and Litigation from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law in 2020, where she was awarded a Law Faculty Scholarship. Margaret lives in Delaware County with her three beloved rescue dogs.

Community Involvement

  • Margaret volunteers regularly with the Media Food Bank and by walking the adoptable dogs of ACCT Philly.

Interests

Margaret’s greatest joy is her three dogs, Nash, Rocky, and Moose. When she isn’t wrangling, playing, or otherwise occupied with them, she is probably racing the leaderboard on her peloton bike.
