Eckert Seamans Member Jennifer Caron Assumes Role as President of the Lower Allen Township Board of Commissioners

Jennifer M. Caron, a Harrisburg-based Member with national law firm Eckert Seamans, has transitioned from her role as Vice President to become President of the Lower Allen Township Board of Commissioners for the remainder of 2025. Caron is the first female President of the Board in Lower Allen’s history. In this role, she will lead the Board in overseeing the fiscal management, policymaking, public safety, and community engagement for the Township and its residents.
Caron concentrates her law practice on public and municipal finance. She serves as bond counsel in transactions involving the issuance of municipal securities by or on behalf of Pennsylvania counties, cities, townships, boroughs, school districts, and municipal authorities. Caron also represents municipal securities underwriting firms and banking institutions engaged in the municipal finance industry.
In addition to her role with the Lower Allen Township Board of Commissioners, Caron is a Member of the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Association of Bond Lawyers. She is also involved with several additional professional and community organizations, including the Pennsylvania Chapter of Women in Public Finance and Junior Achievement, among others.
