Eckert Seamans Continues Growth of Commercial Litigation Practice with Addition of Mason Bailey

National law firm Eckert Seamans has welcomed Mason S. Bailey as an Associate in the Commercial Litigation practice group. Bailey joins Eckert Seamans’ Philadelphia office from Goldberg Segalla.
Bailey counsels and defends clients in a variety of complex litigation matters, drawing on a background of representing businesses, construction companies, commercial transportation companies, and some of the nation’s largest retailers across various industries. He has experience representing a diverse range of clients in construction, products liability, personal injury, transportation, insurance, and breach of contract matters. Bailey also has experience in intellectual property disputes in the arts, entertainment, and sports industries, including recording agreement contracts, copyright infringement, and trademark infringement matters. He holds a B.A. from Michigan State University and a J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.
