Eckert Seamans Welcomes Andrew Francos to Labor & Employment Practice and Harrisburg Office

National law firm Eckert Seamans welcomes Andrew W. Francos as an Associate in the Labor & Employment practice group. He joins the firm’s Harrisburg office from LaMonaca Law.
Francos concentrates his practice on labor and employment matters, counseling both public and private sector employers on management-side labor and employment issues, including hiring, termination, employee discipline, and contract negotiations. He also assists municipal clients with grievance arbitrations and other employment-related litigation. Francos has previous experience practicing family law in Greater Philadelphia, regularly advocating before hearing officers and Common Pleas Court Judges. He holds a B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College and a J.D. from Widener University Commonwealth Law School.
