Accomplished Business Litigator Jill Hauff Joins Eckert Seamans’ Commercial Litigation Practice in Boston

National law firm Eckert Seamans is pleased to announce the addition of Jill K. Hauff as a Member of its Commercial Litigation practice in Boston.
A seasoned business litigator and corporate counselor, Hauff brings a wealth of experience representing public and private companies across various industries. Her expertise spans business and commercial litigation, including disputes involving breach of contract, business-to-business tort claims, intellectual property, consumer protection, real estate, and creditors’ rights in bankruptcy. Hauff’s track record includes securing favorable judgments in both State and Federal Courts, as well as successfully trying cases before judges and juries. Jill additionally counsels her clients in various commercial lending transactions, including real estate acquisition and construction, asset-based, commercial and industrial loans, and leasing.

Licensed to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, Hauff earned her J.D. from the Michigan State University College of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the MSU-DCL Journal of International Law. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
Hauff’s commitment to community service is evident through her involvement on several boards. She serves on the Board of Directors of Hill House, Inc., a non-profit community center in downtown Boston that provides various programs for local area youth. Additionally, she is active with the Beacon Hill Civic Association and the Massachusetts Daughters of the Revolution—Boston Tea Party Chapter.
