Overview
James Quinn concentrates his practice in the area of commercial litigation. Prior to joining Eckert Seamans, James served as an Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia, where he managed an extensive caseload including all hearings, motions, pleas, and waiver and jury trials.
While in law school, James earned a certificate in Trial Advocacy & Litigation and participated in internships at the Montgomery County Public Defender’s Office and Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office – Appellate Unit. He also gained rewarding experience volunteering for the Wills for Heroes program, which provides free basic estate planning for first responders and military veterans.

Interests
When he’s not in the office, James can usually be found enjoying time with his wife, Michelle, and their two young daughters, Ellie and Mila. Together, they attend movies, enjoy their pool in the summer, and go to sporting events as they are avid fans of the Eagles, Phillies, Sixers, and Flyers. James also enjoys going to live comedy shows, concerts, and traveling. James and Michelle have traveled throughout North America and Europe. Some of their favorite spots are Maine, where their family has cabins on a lake, Key West, San Francisco, Seattle, Paris, Munich, Amsterdam, and Venice.
