Overview
Dave Mayernik focuses his practice on the firm’s Business and Government Affairs Practice, including corporate clients from a variety of industries, non-profits, municipalities, associations, and authorities. He takes a balanced, bipartisan, and broad approach to lobbying and government relations services providing legislative consulting services that include development, implementation and management of strategic relationships and issue advocacy. He is a member of a multidisciplinary team of lawyers and government affairs professionals who advise clients establishing and operating businesses involved in the financing and manufacturing.
Dave also focuses on public and municipal finance matters, assisting the Firm’s Public Finance Group as bond counsel in municipal financings. Dave has experience representing various counties, cities, townships, boroughs, school districts and municipal authorities in a wide range of matters, including transactions that span the Commonwealth.
