Eckert Seamans attorneys to appear as panelists at Atlantic Builders Convention

Two attorneys from Eckert Seamans’ Princeton office will appear on panels at the 67th Annual Atlantic Builders Convention (ABC), being held March 29-31 at the Atlantic City Convention Center. Hosted by the New Jersey Builders Association, ABC is the largest building industry trade show in the Northeast, drawing approximately 6,500 participants from the Northeast region, including residential and commercial builders, developers, remodelers and subcontractors, plus a variety of manufacturers, suppliers, and consulting professionals. Attendees gain up-to-date information about the latest market trends, government policies, and technical developments at educational seminars such as the following panels featuring Eckert Seamans attorneys:
Michael Butler, real estate and land use attorney, will be a panelist on the session “Engineering Strategies & Cost Controls for Developers,” at 9 a.m. on March 30.
Jennifer Cordes, an environmental law and real estate attorney, will be a panelist on the session “Legal Trends II – Environmental Law,” beginning at 11:15 a.m. on March 30.
The convention features nearly 400 exhibits showcasing the latest products and services to a large and diverse audience of decision makers. Eckert Seamans will be a featured exhibitor at the conference (Booth # 1507).
