Vanessa Erickson-Malone focuses her practice on mass tort litigation matters.  She has experience handling litigation matters varying from complex commercial litigation to general liability cases from pre-suit through trial. She represents insurers and their insureds through litigation reports and communications with claims representatives. Vanessa also conducts and defends depositions for plaintiff, defense, and non-party fact witnesses.
