Valerie has represented businesses, business owners in their personal capacities, financial institutions, and municipalities in matters involving bankruptcies, business disputes, business torts, premises liability claims, defamation, and product liability claims. She has experience managing all phases of litigation, including drafting and responding to pre-trial discovery, deposing witnesses and defending depositions, preparing dispositive and non-dispositive briefing, and handling motion practice with a strategic, results-driven approach.
