Stuart Kaplan has been providing effective counseling to business and property owners, professional service providers and non-profit organizations for more than 40 years. Stuart has significant experience documenting and implementing complex business transactions, including purchases, sales and tax-free reorganizations. Stu’s clients often look to him for all of their legal and business planning needs and requirements.

- The sale of closely held businesses of various sizes and in numerous industries, including numerous manufacturing companies;
- The structuring and closing upon real estate transactions, including purchases, sales and leasing transactions;
- The preparation and interpretation of employment and other contracts;
- The counseling of health care employers involved with sales, contractual disputes, fraud and abuse and stark issues, and ownership transitions;
- The resolution of shareholder disputes and other corporate/partnership deadlocks;
- The drafting and implementation of phantom stock, retirement plan and other benefit programs.
