Rachel D. Moss

Overview
Rachel Moss is an associate in the Mass Tort Litigation practice group.
Prior to joining Eckert Seamans, Rachel served as a summer intern with Brown Legal PLLC, where she assisted attorneys with research on complex business litigation and real estate litigation matters. She also assisted with the preparation of tax title memorandums as well as researched and provided recommendations on disposing of abandoned property.
Rachel earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, where she served as a staff member and comments editor for the Suffolk Transnational Law Review. She also served as a Women’s Law Association mentor; Business Law Association member, and Immigration Clinic: Certified Student Attorney. Rachel earned her B.A., magna cum laude, in Political Science with a minor in Pre-law from Merrimack College. She also attended the American University School of Professional and Extended Studies in Washington, D.C. with a concentration in International Law and Organization.
