Overview
Michael Thomas represents businesses and individuals in commercial disputes, financial services litigation, labor and employment issues, and securities litigation. He has appeared in state and federal courts throughout Virginia, D.C., and Maryland on behalf of a broad range of clients.
Prior to entering private practice, Michael served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Dominique Callins of the Court of Appeals of Virginia and also as an appellate attorney for the Federal Labor Relations Authority, Office of the Solicitor in Washington, D.C. Michael was a member of the Mock Trial Board in law school and regularly judges and coaches mock trial teams at the collegiate and law school levels.

Interests
Michael is an avid tennis player, regularly participating in the Arlington County Tennis Association. He also plays ultimate frisbee and captains a team in a DC Fray Cornhole league. He can often be found at the gym, outside on hiking trails, or on the couch enjoying NBA and NFL games, usually rooting for the Charlotte Hornets and Carolina Panthers as they desperately aim for relevancy. He follows the ATP and WTA tennis tours. Michael also has too much Star Wars and Marvel knowledge for his own good.
