Jesse W. McCarthy

Overview

Jesse McCarthy is an associate in the Professional Liability Practice Group. Jesse focuses his practice on defending hospitals, physicians, and health care providers in complex medical malpractice actions. Jesse also has experience defending clients in product liability, construction, and other large-scale personal injury matters.

Prior to joining Eckert Seamans, Jesse was an associate in the Philadelphia office of a national law firm where his practice focused on the representation of health care professionals. During his time in law school, Jesse served as a note/comment editor for the Temple Law Review and as a judicial intern with the Honorable Thomas P. Rogers of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas.
