Francesca Spinelli focuses her practice on a broad range of commercial litigation matters.

Francesca advises businesses, insurers, financial institutions, and nonprofit organizations in complex commercial disputes and other high-exposure matters. She helps clients manage risk, protect their interests, and navigate challenges that can affect operations, financial performance, and long-term objectives.

Her experience includes contract disputes, business tort claims, and litigation arising from mass tort bankruptcy proceedings. She represents publicly traded and privately held companies, insurance carriers, business owners, and nonprofit organizations in state and federal courts.

Francesca guides matters from early case assessment through resolution, developing case strategy, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, and preparing cases for trial. She partners with clients to evaluate risk, address complex legal and operational issues, and develop practical solutions that support their business objectives.

Francesca also serves on defense teams representing churches, schools, youth organizations, and insurers in litigation involving allegations of institutional liability for childhood sexual abuse in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey. She helps coordinate complex defense efforts through strategic case management, focused discovery, motion practice, and collaboration with clients, co-counsel, and other stakeholders.
