Devorah Levine focuses her practice on civil litigation and administrative law matters with an emphasis on special education law.

Prior to joining the firm, she concentrated her practice in the area of professional malpractice, representing architects, engineers, accountants, lawyers, and other professionals.

Representative Matters

Counsels a private school on various matters, including employment and business litigation matters before federal and state courts; administrative/regulatory matters before state and federal agencies; compliance with state and federal regulations; licensing and certification matters; licensing of its professionals; policy development; guardianship-related matters in connection with its client population; lobbying efforts on both the federal and state level; and public relations efforts.
Successfully represented parents of special needs children in obtaining an injunction of state regulations that prohibited their children’s access to necessary treatment.
Represented an historic church in litigation to recover damages to real and personal property as a result of a fire; the matter was successfully resolved through alternative dispute resolution.
Represents pro bono clients in connection with guardianship matters and abuse prevention proceedings.
