Christopher Mannion is a litigator whose practice includes a wide spectrum of matters, including commercial litigation, commercial foreclosures, New York False Claims Act claims, labor and employment, products liability, and mass tort. He has taken and defended depositions; drafted and argued dispositive motions; drafted pleadings and discovery responses; appeared in court throughout the Five Boroughs; negotiated settlements at mediations; and assisted in trial preparation.
He collaborates with firm partners and clients to develop litigation strategies aligned with client business and litigation goals.
