Overview

Avery Quiles focuses his practice in the area of commercial litigation. He counsels and defends clients in a variety of complex litigation claims and draws on a background of representing businesses and some of the nation’s largest retailers across various industries. Avery represents a diverse range of clients having experience in construction, products liability, business disputes, transportation, and supply chain logistics. He handles his client’s legal disputes from pre-suit investigation through final resolution and has extensive experience with all phases of litigation including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, alternative dispute resolution, trial, and settlement.

Prior to joining Eckert Seamans, Avery practiced in the Philadelphia office of a national law firm where he defended cases in both federal and state courts. Avery prioritizes client communication and employs a litigation style focused on working with clients to find the most effective solutions that best suit his client’s needs.

While in law school, Avery earned a business law certificate, participated in a start-up business clinic, tax clinics, and interned for the Hon. Daniel J. Anders of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Trial Division. He also gained experience working as a summer associate for a mid-sized plaintiff’s firm and as a law clerk for a boutique firm.
