Eckert Seamans welcomes associate Richard J. Nalbandian to its Philadelphia office. Nalbandian focuses his practice in the area of mortgage foreclosures and evictions/ejectments. He has represented residential lenders and mortgage servicers regarding complex litigation, handling unique issues that may arise during a residential mortgage foreclosure action and Deed in Lieu issues. He has extensive knowledge of sheriffs’ sales in Pennsylvania and is also responsible for appeals and mediations. His areas of representation include bankruptcy, mortgage foreclosure, and quiet title litigation.
Nalbandian earned his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 2011, and his B.A., cum laude, from Temple University in 2009.
