Eckert Seamans Welcomes Real Estate Associate Shonti Tager in Princeton

National law firm Eckert Seamans welcomes Shonti Tager as an Associate in the firm’s Real Estate practice group. He joins Eckert Seamans from Wisler Pearlstine, LLP and will be based in the firm’s Princeton, NJ office.
Tager focuses his practice on real estate, zoning, and land use matters, including commercial and residential sale and lease agreements; commercial and residential real estate transactions; applications for zoning relief and conditional use; municipal permitting and approval; and land use, public works administration, and code enforcement. In addition, he represents corporate and individual clients in state trial and appellate courts on matters involving zoning and land use, partition, corporate dissolution and acquisition, commercial collections, and landlord/tenant disputes. Tager holds a J.D. from Rutgers Law School and a B.A from Southern Oregon University.
