Eckert Seamans Welcomes Michael Alberico

Eckert Seamans is pleased to welcome Michael Alberico to the firm’s Princeton, New Jersey office. He focuses his practice on litigation, including commercial disputes and product liability, and construction claims.  Alberico also has experience counseling business clients on waivers and risk management matters.

Before entering private practice, Alberico served as a law clerk to the Honorable Carol E. Higbee in the New Jersey Appellate Division. Prior to joining Eckert Seamans, he defended businesses and individuals against liability claims for a large litigation firm.

Active in the community, Alberico volunteers his time at Bancroft, assisting individuals with autism, acquired brain injuries, and other developmental disabilities in extracurricular activities, including coaching the adult track team for participation in the Special Olympics.

Alberico joins from Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, P.C. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and earned his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law (2015), where he served as the editor-in-chief of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion, and an undergraduate degree from Cornell University (2009).
