Eckert Seamans Welcomes Megan B. Kelleher

Eckert Seamans is pleased to welcome Megan B. Kelleher to the firm’s Philadelphia office. Kelleher is an associate in the Professional Liability practice group, focusing her practice on professional litigation, including defending medical professionals, healthcare institutions and nursing homes.
She has represented hospitals, outpatient medical centers and other healthcare clients in medical malpractice defense, employment, contracts, guardianship and related matters.
Kelleher earned her J.D. from the Villanova University Charles Widger School and her B.A. from Dickinson College. She also was a certified legal intern for the Farmworker Legal Aid Clinic and served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Linda A. Carpenter in the Court of Common Pleas in Philadelphia.
