Eckert Seamans Welcomes Maribel Chacha as Financial Services Litigation Associate in White Plains Office

National law firm Eckert Seamans welcomes Maribel A. Chacha as an Associate in the Financial Services Litigation practice group. She joins the firm’s White Plains office from Cohen & Cohen Law LLC.
Chacha has experience advising on a range of financial transactional matters involving fintech loans, personal and automotive loans, and settlement agreements. She counsels clients on ongoing regulatory changes, legal compliance, and risk mitigation as well as assists with the various aspects of litigation from filing and discovery, through motion pleading, settlement negotiations, and trial. Chacha holds a J.D. from the City University of New York School of Law and a B.A. from the University at Albany, SUNY.
