Eckert Seamans welcomes associates Kevin W. Fay and Roger LaLonde to its Philadelphia office.

Kevin W. Fay concentrates his practice in complex civil litigation, including medical malpractice and other professional liability matters as well as product liability and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Eckert Seamans, he gained diverse experience practicing in the areas of class actions, mass torts, business immigration law, and corporate transactional law. Fay earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from New England Law | Boston in 2007 and his B.A. from Boston College in 1999.

Roger LaLonde concentrates his practice in the area of intellectual property and unfair competition. He helps companies secure, protect, enforce, and maintain their IP and related assets, including trademarks, copyrights, and domain names. He assists in a wide variety of tasks concerning these matters, such as the writing of cease-and-desist letters, performing trademark clearance searches, arguing trademark office refusals during the prosecution of applications, and research and drafting for litigation briefs. He also practices in the emerging area of law surrounding data security and privacy policies, and assists clients in keeping these policies compliant and up-to-date with new statutes and industry enforcement group standards. LaLonde earned his J.D. from the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2016 and his B.A. from Loyola University in 2007.
