Eckert Seamans Welcomes Financial Services Litigation Associate Samantha K. Smith to Pittsburgh Office

National law firm Eckert Seamans has welcomed Samantha K. Smith as an Associate in the Financial Services Litigation practice group. She joins the firm’s Pittsburgh office from Morella Bencsics.
Smith has previous experience in commercial and civil litigation, including construction, real estate, and business disputes. She has advised clients on real estate and land use matters, including property subdivision and zoning and development issues. She holds a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a B.M. from Duquesne University.
