Eckert Seamans Welcomes Constantine Politis as Commercial Litigation Associate in Washington, D.C. Office

National law firm Eckert Seamans has added Constantine E. Politis as an Associate based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Politis joins Eckert Seamans from Franklin & Prokopik, P.C. and will be a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group.

Politis has experience advising on litigation matters including oral arguments, summary judgments, witness interviews, depositions, and negotiations. Before joining private practice, he served as law clerk to the Honorable David E. Johnson in the 12th Judicial Circuit of Virginia. Politis earned a J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law and a B.A. from Denison University. At the University of Richmond School of Law, he served as Associate Symposium Editor for the University of Richmond Law Review, as President of the Federalist Society, and a member of the Client Counseling Negotiation Board.
