Eckert Seamans Welcomes Commercial Litigation Associate Mitchell Horner in Princeton Office

National law firm Eckert Seamans has welcomed Mitchell J. Horner as an Associate in the Commercial Litigation practice group. He joins the firm’s Princeton, NJ office from Simon Law Group, LLC.
Horner brings broad litigation experience across commercial disputes, construction defects, personal injury, landlord–tenant issues, and criminal defense. He has appeared before the New Jersey Superior Court and the Appellate Division, where he has successfully argued a variety of motions. He holds a J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School and a B.A. from Rutgers University.
