Eckert Seamans Strengthens Mass Tort Litigation Practice with Arrival of Paul S. Seward

Eckert Seamans is pleased to welcome Paul S. Seward to the firm’s Wilmington, Del. office as an associate in the Mass Tort Litigation practice group.

Prior to joining private practice, Seward served as a Deputy Attorney General for the Delaware Department of Justice, where he prosecuted offenders in the Court of Common Pleas.  He also served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Richard F. Stokes and Judicial Intern to the Honorable Vivian L. Medinilla of the Superior Court of Delaware.  Seward spent three years as an elementary school teacher before pursuing his legal career.

Seward earned his J.D. from Widener University School of Law, M.Ed. from Wilmington University and B.A. from University of Delaware.
