Eckert Seamans Represents Inglis in Affiliation with Community Integrated Services

National law firm Eckert Seamans is pleased to have represented Inglis Community Services, Inc. in connection with its affiliation with Community Integrated Services, Inc., effective July 30, 2026.
Founded in 1877, Inglis has nearly 150 years of experience supporting people with disabilities. Through its nonprofit organizations and programs, Inglis provides a continuum of services that include independent and accessible housing, assistive technology, home modifications, supported employment, community-based programming, and long-term residential care for adults with complex physical disabilities. Inglis Community Services serves as a statewide platform for programs designed to help people with disabilities live independently and participate fully in their communities.
Community Integrated Services is a nonprofit organization founded in 1991 that specializes in supported employment and benefits counseling for youth and adults with disabilities throughout southeastern Pennsylvania and Delaware. CIS serves more than 2,000 individuals annually and works with employers, public agencies, schools, and community organizations to help people obtain and succeed in meaningful employment.
The affiliation combines CIS’ supported-employment expertise and established employer relationships with Inglis’ broader network of community-based services, including assistive technology, home modifications, housing resources, and advocacy. Together, the organizations’ programs are expected to support more than 4,000 individuals annually across Pennsylvania and Delaware.
As Inglis President and CEO Dyann Roth stated in the announcement, “This affiliation marks an exciting new chapter for Inglis and the people we serve” and “[t]ogether, we are creating a more connected network of services that empower individuals to achieve their goals and fully participate in their communities.”
