Eckert Seamans Member Tara Lattomus Named Among 2023 Top Delaware Lawyers by Delaware Today

Tara L. Lattomus, a Wilmington-based Member with national law firm Eckert Seamans, has been named among the top Tourism + Hospitality Law attorneys in Delaware for 2023 by Delaware Today. The annual list is compiled as a result of a survey of lawyers around the state in order to name the top attorneys who made a difference in Delaware that year.
Lattomus focuses her practice on assisting clients to negotiate hotel and resort management agreements with an eye towards avoiding future disputes and litigation. She represents both large and mid-size management companies and understands the broad range of issues that can arise in the context of new-build and transitioning properties and draft agreements.
Lattomus serves as a Guardian Ad Litem with the Delaware Office of the Child Advocate, where she makes a difference in the lives of many children in foster care. She is also a member of the Delaware Bar Association Women & the Law Section and the Villanova Law Alumni Association. Lattomus earned a J.D. from Villanova University School of Law and a B.A. from Wesley College.
