Eckert Seamans Member Michael McAuliffe Miller Named to Central Penn Business Journal’s 2025 Power Law List

Michael McAuliffe Miller, Member-In-Charge of the Harrisburg office of national law firm Eckert Seamans, has been named to the Central Penn Business Journal’s Power Law List for the second consecutive year. Miller serves as Member-In-Charge of Eckert Seamans’ Harrisburg office, as a member of the firm’s Board of Directors, and is an ex officio member of the Executive Committee. For 29 years, Miller has routinely served as a counselor to the State Senate, Commonwealth agencies, as well as counties, cities, colleges, municipalities, school districts, authorities, and corporations to resolve matters before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. He and his team have developed innovative solutions to problems encountered by Pennsylvania political subdivisions. In addition, he and his team have litigated numerous employment-related litigation matters, including claims of race, age, disability, and gender discrimination; sexual harassment; wrongful discharge; and breach of contract.

The Harrisburg office is an integral part of Eckert Seamans, with a history of more than 35 years serving clients across the capital region of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The office includes more than 30 attorneys with multiple areas of focus, including Business Counseling, Energy and Utilities, Gaming, Government Affairs, Labor & Employment, Public Finance, Real Estate, and Transportation, among many others.
