Eckert Seamans Member Ernest Holtzheimer Recognized Among Drexel University’s 40 Under 40

Ernest Holtzheimer, a Member at national law firm Eckert Seamans has been recognized among Drexel University’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2023, a recognition that highlights alumni for their talent, creativity, and accomplishments. Holtzheimer earned his J.D. from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2016.

Holtzheimer is an experienced transactional attorney, having assisted numerous U.S. and international clients in transformative mergers and acquisitions and complex commercial transactions valued at more than $2.5 billion across multiple industries, including manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, food and beverage, e-commerce and retail, education, software, and industrial and business services. Outside of his law practice, he serves as the Managing Director of an institutional venture fund and as an adjunct professor, teaching classes such as contract drafting, technology commercialization, and entrepreneurship and innovation.

Holtzheimer is extremely active in the legal and surrounding communities, serving as Chair of the Special Olympics Pennsylvania Executive Advisory Board; as Co-President of the Philadelphia Diversity Law Group Alumni Association; and as Co-President of the Philadelphia Area Diversity Job Fair. He is based in Eckert Seamans’ Philadelphia office, which was recognized in January as one of the top-30 largest law firms in the region by the Philadelphia Business Journal
