Eckert Seamans Expands Product Liability Practice with Addition of Philadelphia Member Henry J. Noye

National law firm Eckert Seamans welcomes Henry J. Noye as a Member in the Product Liability practice group. He joins the firm’s Philadelphia office from Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP.
Noye brings extensive experience representing businesses in Pennsylvania state and federal courts, particularly in product liability matters and accident litigation involving catastrophic loss and liability. He also advises a broad range of commercial and industrial clients, including product manufacturers, service providers, financial institutions, healthcare systems, and real estate developers and investors.

Noye is a frequent presenter on current legal trends and actively contributes his time and legal acumen to several community service initiatives. His efforts include mentoring young attorneys, supporting autism awareness fundraising, advocating for inmates, and providing tax assistance to low-income individuals. A U.S. Navy veteran, Noye earned his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law and holds a B.S. from Tennessee State University.
