Eckert Seamans Elevates Aviation Practice with Arrival of Darcy C. Osta

Esteemed Aviation and Transportation Law Litigator Joins as Member
National law firm Eckert Seamans announced today a significant expansion to its growing Washington, D.C. presence with the addition of member Darcy C. Osta. She joins the firm’s Aviation practice, ranked nationally by Chambers USA 2022, from Fox Rothschild.
Osta has handled personal injury actions, aviation accidents, product liability cases, premises liability cases, property damage, breach of contract, breach of warranty, fraud, professional malpractice, and federal discrimination claims. She also has advised and counseled air carriers and maintenance facilities regarding compliance with applicable regulations, statutes and laws, as well as conducted related internal investigations and managed Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) enforcement matters.
Selected to the “Super Lawyers – Rising Stars” list for Aviation and Aerospace in Virginia by Thomson Reuters (2018), Osta has represented a wide range of business entities before federal and state courts and the American Arbitration Association.

Osta earned her J.D. from George Washington University Law School and her B.A., summa cum laude, from George Washington University, Elliot School of International Affairs.
