Eckert Seamans Continues Growth of Cybersecurity, Data Protection & Privacy Practice with Addition of Pittsburgh Associate Xander Silva

National law firm Eckert Seamans has welcomed Xander B. Silva as an Associate in the Cybersecurity, Data Protection and Privacy practice group. He joins the firm’s Pittsburgh office from Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC.
Silva has experience advising on technology matters involving data privacy compliance and incident response. He also has advised on securities purchase agreements, employment agreements, and licensing agreements, as well as provided due diligence reviews and corporate governance support. Silva holds a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a B.S. from Eastern Mennonite University.
