Eckert Seamans’ Boston Office Adds Commercial Litigation and Financial Services Litigation Attorneys

National law firm Eckert Seamans is pleased to welcome two Associates to its Boston office. Meaghan A. Gray joins the Commercial Litigation practice group from Morrison Mahoney LLP, while Carlos C. Monroy joins the Financial Services Litigation practice from Coughlin Betke, LLP.
Gray has experience defending clients in the areas of tort and liability litigation, including representing insurance companies and their insureds in automobile, premises liability, construction, general liability, and bad faith claims. She has assisted clients through all phases of litigation, including written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial. Gray holds a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and a B.A. from Trinity College.
Monroy advises on various civil litigation matters, including general liability and personal injury cases. He has experience assisting in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, trial, settlement negotiations, and case resolution. Monroy holds a J.D. from New England Law Boston and a B.S. from Northeastern University.
