Eckert Seamans Advises Courtroom Connect on Acquisition by Greybull Stewardship

A team of attorneys from national law firm Eckert Seamans’ Philadelphia office has advised Courtroom Connect LLC on its acquisition by Greybull Stewardship, a private investment firm focused on small, growing businesses. Founded in 2001, Courtroom Connect is a leading provider of litigation support connectivity specializing in developing technology solutions and online platforms to expand access to legal proceedings.
Eckert Seamans acted as legal advisors throughout the transaction, which was completed and announced on March 27. The team included Philadelphia-based Of Counsel Gary Schildhorn, Member Michael Ecker, and Associate Matthew Vassil, with support from paralegal Amanda Stoerrle.
