Commercial Litigation Attorney Joins Eckert Seamans’ Philadelphia Office

National law firm Eckert Seamans has welcomed Avery Quiles as an Associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group. He joins Eckert Seamans’ Philadelphia office from Goldberg Segalla, LLP.
Quiles counsels and defends clients on a variety of complex civil litigation in various industries, including but not limited to, commercial litigation, transportation, construction, and products liability. He has experience handling all aspects of the litigation process, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and arbitrations, and previously represented multiple Fortune 500 companies and some of the nation’s largest retailers. Quiles holds a J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law and a B.A. from The Pennsylvania State University.
