July 1, 2016

Tony Bush recently appeared on the premiere episode of CNBC series American Greed, which aired on June 30. This true crime series examines the dark side of the American Dream, and the people who will do anything for money. In this episode, Bush discussed Bobby Khan, luxury car salesman and reality television star accused of pocketing car loans and selling cars that weren’t his. Bush, who has more than two decades of commercial litigation and regulatory experience with an emphasis on issues impacting the automotive industry, represents clients who were duped by Khan. Bush says Khan’s high-end luxury dealership, Emporio, was a con from the start. “Everything he did was about stealing money,” says Bush.
