In the hours after OSHA unveiled its emergency temporary standard, a key question emerged: how will the agency enforce something this sweeping? Many employers have decided to wait things out, given the likelihood of a legal challenge. “I do think there’s a sense that employers are waiting to see if this thing gets enjoined in the next couple of weeks,” employment lawyer Michael Jones told HR Dive: Human Resources and Workforce Management News.
