In USA TODAY, Michael Jones discussed OSHA’s new emergency temporary standard, in which workers who aren’t vaccinated must undergo frequent coronavirus testing and will have to wear a face mask to work. The alternatives give large employers some leeway when it comes to issuing a companywide vaccine mandate. “The employer has the option to not require those employees to be vaccinated if they’ll comply with the masking and testing mandate,’’ said Jones.
