Many colleges and private schools have enacted vaccine mandates. Still, public K-12 schools are more complicated due to school board and community involvement in the decision-making process, which employment lawyer Renee Mattei Myers discussed with Tech & Learning. “There’s the public perception. So each school district is going to be different. There’s going to be a lot of pushback, both ways. We saw that last year with mask mandates.”
